Is there a minimum order?

No, you are not obligated by SET to place a minimum order.

How can I pay?

You can pay with a preferred credit card (Amex, MasterCard or Visa) prepayment, on account and PayPal. However, please note that payment on account may not always be possible.

American Express credit cards are only accepted for payments in euros.

Use of vouchers

Vouchers come in different amounts and may be used as a means of payment for your orders in the shop. These are standard gift cards which you can purchase in the shop at any time and redeem. However, these could also be promotional vouchers that we distribute as part of marketing promotions such as competitions, etc. Please note that not all types of vouchers or promotional codes may be redeemed on all items within the shop. Unfortunately, due to technical reasons, it is only possible to redeem one voucher per order. Please refer to the respective promotion to learn about which voucher can be redeemed on specific items. Vouchers can be managed in the customer account.

How and when do I make my payment?

Generally, you can choose among different methods of payment. Your credit card or bank account will be debited immediately after your order has been processed, normally on the same working day.


When is payment for my invoice due?

For orders placed using purchase on account, the invoice amount is due within 10 days from receipt of the goods.


How can I add an item to my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to subsequently change your order or add an item. We therefore kindly ask you to place a new order.

Changes in prices after orders have been placed

It is quite possible that items are occasionally and even temporarily reduced in price due to remaining quantities or during promotions. These changes in prices are decided on an individual basis. The price shown at the time of placing the order shall be valid for that order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee retroactive price adjustments for goods ordered.

I am redirected to an external site during the ordering process, is that OK?

Yes, this is a redirect which is used for special security purposes to protect your credit card information. Should you be new to this exceptionally secure method on the Internet for the first time, you need to register on that site specifically. These registration data are not passed on to SET and are available for further purchases from other vendors. Further information for MasterCard can be found at: mastercard.com and Visa at: visa.de.

Why do I need to specify my phone number when ordering?

We use your phone number only to clarify any issues with your order in the quickest and easiest manner possible.

QUESTIONS ABOUT DELIVERY

How much does shipping cost?

The SET Fashion c/o Oui Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG pay a large part of the costs for careful packaging and reliably delivering the goods. We ship your order for free within Germany. For international service, you will receive free shipping for goods valued at more than €200 or £200. For orders under this amount, we charge a flat rate of €15.30 or £12.50 in shipping fees.

When will I receive my order?

Normally, your order is passed on to our delivery services on the same day but no later than the next day. This means, you should have your order in your hands within 72 hours of placing it. You will be notified about the status of your order at all times via email. Alternatively, you can also view the status using the delivery service’s tracking.

Where do you deliver to?

For logistical reasons, delivery is currently only possible within Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Great Britain, Netherlands, Finland, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. Please always indicate your home address as delivery address. If you want to have the goods sent to a different delivery address, you can enter this under “Delivery Address” in the relevant section when ordering. Specifying PO boxes is not permitted.

Are the products I select always available for delivery?

Normally, only the items that are actually available are displayed in the SET shop. Although our product database is updated at very short intervals, exceptional cases may arise in which an item is already sold out at the time you submit your order. In the event that more than one person orders an item at the same time and of which only 1 quantity is available, it can unfortunately only be determined after processing your order if the product can be delivered. If an order cannot be filled because an item is out of stock, we will of course notify you of this as soon as possible. In addition, the likelihood of reduced items being sold out increases the greater amount of item elapses between placing the item in your basket and clicking on “Submit order”. Once we process your order in the warehouse, you will receive definitive and reliable information about your order via email.

QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS

How do I return items?

 You can return goods for whatever reason within 14 days of receipt, at our risk and without stating a reason, to the following address. To make this process easier for you, we have attached a returns note to the email you received with the invoice which you can use to conveniently send the goods back to us. We apologise that we can only provide the DHL label exclusively for customers from Germany.

How to return an item

  • Please fill in the Returns Note and include it in the package.
  • Please make sure that your address is entered on the top left on the returns label.
  • Please affix the returns label on the outside of the package.

You can take the package to any German post office free of charge or use the UPS returns service abroad. Once we have received your return, we will issue a credit note and send it to you via email. Please hold on to the certificate of posting as proof of your return until you receive the credit note.

For credit card payments, the corresponding account will be credited.

Please be advised that using the enclosed Returns Note is voluntary. Its use is required in order to honour the refund policy. If possible, please enclose the original tags with the items to be returned.

Refund Policy:
You may return items without any reason within 2 weeks by returning the goods to us. The period begins upon receipt of these instructions in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfilling our duty to provide information in accordance with § 312 c, paragraph 2 of the BGB in connection with § 1 paragraph 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV as well as our obligations under § 312 e paragraph 1, section 1 BGB in connection with § 3 BGB-InfoV. Prompt return of the goods suffices in meeting the deadline. In each case, we shall bear the expense and risk for the return.

Once we have received your return, we will issue a credit note and send it to you via email. Please hold on to the certificate of posting as proof of your return until you receive the credit note.

Returns Procedure:
in the case of an effective return, the mutually received services are to be rendered and any benefits received (e.g. benefits of use) surrendered. Should the goods be returned in a poor state, compensation can be claimed. This does not apply if the poor state of goods can be exclusively attributed to an inspection of the items as would have been possible by you at our store. The obligation to pay compensation for goods that have deteriorated can be avoided altogether if you refrain from using the goods as your property and refrain from doing anything which could negatively affect the value of the items. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The term shall begin for you when you send your declaration of revocation and for us upon receipt of such declaration.

What needs to be taken into consideration when returning an item purchased on account?

If you have placed an order on account, the value of the item to be returned is to be deducted from the total invoice amount.

How can I register?

You can create a new account in the SET Shop at any time. You can do this during the ordering process or via “Login” in the menu which is available on each page of the online shop.

How can I log in?

There are two ways to do so: Log in via the menu item “Login” which is available on each page of the shop. Alternatively, you can log in during the ordering process after you have placed your items in your basket and clicked the button “Proceed to checkout”.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can generate a new one under “Login” and have it sent. To do so, simply enter the email address you used to register with us under “Forgot password? ”.

What features are available in my account?

A range of features are available in your customer account. For example, you can view your entire order history, package status or edit your password or personal data including delivery and billing address, among other things. Your contract information/orders are stored here, a copy of our Terms & Conditions are enclosed with your order confirmation and can be viewed in this area at any time.

How are my personal data used for orders protected in the SET shop?

Throughout the ordering process, all personal data are encrypted before you leave your PC and transmitted on the Internet. To do so, SET uses the acknowledged safe “Secure Socket Layer” (SSL) with an AES 256-bit encryption. Strangers cannot read the encrypted information such as your name, address or credit card provided when placing your order.

What is the fastest way to find discounted items?

Click on the button “SALE” located in the top navigation bar to receive a complete overview of all discounted items in the SET shop. In addition, our newsletter keeps you abreast of the latest reductions. It thus pays to subscribe for free and without obligation to stay up-to-date.


Do sold-out items become available again at a later date?

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to provide any information about later deliveries for individual products. Please consult the overview of stocks displayed on the product pages – once a size/colour combination is in stock, it will be displayed here immediately. It is quite possible that we place subsequent orders for sold-out products, making it worthwhile to search for your desired product in our online shop.

How do I find SET products near me?

Locate a SET dealer nearest you with the store finder. Select your country and enter your postal code in the appropriate field. Then click on the “Search” button.

What is the quickest way to find new items in the SET shop?

You can see a complete overview of all new items by clicking on the “What's new” button at the top in the navigation bar. Our email newsletter keeps you up-to-date on the latest offers and special highlights with no obligation and free of charge. You can subscribe to our newsletter for free and with no obligation by simply entering your email address and clicking on “Submit”.

How can I find the items I am looking for?

You will find the button “Products” in the top menu bar. After clicking the button, all related products categories will be displayed beneath each other. Click on the category again to get a complete overview of all available items in this product category. Here you can specifically select an item and see an enlarged view with all relevant information. We ask for your understanding that we are unable to offer the complete SET line in our shop. If you cannot find an item, colour or size, you can use the store finder to find a SET dealer near you. You may find the item you are looking for there. Of course you can also look for a specific item with the help of our search tool in the menu or contact our call centre who will be more than happy to further assist you.

We recommend using the latest browser versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera or Safari to ensure the SET Store is correct displayed and all features can be used. You should set your browser to enable Java and JavaScript for optimum page view. You must select “Accept cookies” to be able to place products in your basket.
